How To Use This Site:

1) To visit and view the photos of the apartment you wish to rent, click the picture corresponding to the name of the apartment you like.

For example, click on the picture of "Rialto 2", and you will be direct to the web page of the Rialto 2 apartment's photo.

2) On home page www.venicerental.com click "Check Availability now, click here!" on the right side of the apartment you wish to rent.

3) Fill into the form with your right name, address, phone number, date of check -in, numbers of nights and then click the buttom CONFIRM.

4) After sending the request, the owner will reply to your message confirming availability and price.

5) The owner shall give you a limited period of time ( 12 hours, 24 hours . . ) to confirm the price offered.

6) Your reservation will be closed only after your final confirmation of the price offered by the owner, before the expiring term on clause nr. 4)

7) After your final confirmation, you will receive the owner and/or Residence's adresses with phone numbers, map of the area, e-mail and incoming instructions.

8) After closing the reservation, please, contact directly the owner for the credit card deposit or for any other guarantee. In case of no-show, usually, it's always due the price of the first night, unless other agreement between the parties.

Apartments address and location: The Canal Views nr. 1, nr. 2 and Rialto are located in the San Marco district, Calle della Fava 5240. Venice apartment is located in XXII Marzo street, 2 steps from San Marco sq. , while Gran Canal is located in San Polo district in front of Gondola service San Tomà. Grand Canal n. 2 is located in Guglie Bridge, cannaregio district.

Prices: price change in relation to the numbers of people coming and numbers of nights and in relation to the Low and High season. It's considered High season September and October, and from April to July. It's also considered high season all the period of the year related to special events ( Venice Film Festival : first week of September, Carnival: one week in February, Christmass, Venice Biennale of Art: May)
